Timelocks - MechanicalTimelocks are independent time based access control devices. Timelocks supersede key or combination locks by mechanically blocking the vault or safe container bolt work. The programmed time can not be manipulated. The timelock is comprised of time movements and a lockable housing. A timelock may contain 2 or 3 movements, all utilized for redundancy. The redundant feature of a timelock represents the fact that only one (1) movement is required to unlock the actual housing.
